ABOUT ME

Daviana Angelo is a filmmaker based in New York City. She currently works as an Assistant Editor at Uppercut Editorial. Daviana is a recent undergraduate Film & Television Production major with a double minor in Documentary and Producing at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, Kanbar Institute of Film & Television. She has worked for various production companies, post-production houses, non-profits, and student films in her high school and undergraduate careers.

Most notably, Daviana is an associate producer of the Academy Award-winning documentary short, Period. End of Sentence. She directed and edited promotional videos and content for the film’s Kickstarter page. Her interests lie in documentary film, non-profit work, post-production, producing, and animation. Through the lens of filmmaking, she strives to shine a light on the untold stories of our world.
